What are the bake sizes?

Each standard bake measures approximately 6.5cm (l) x 3cm (w) x 2.5cm (h); bites measure 3cm (l) x 3cm (w) x 2.5cm (h). Sizes will vary slightly as the bakes are all handmade.

When will my order be processed?

All our goods are handmade, so please allow 1–3 working days to produce your order. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following week.

How long will my bakes last once delivered?

Our bakes should be stored well wrapped and are best enjoyed within a week to 10 days if kept at room temperature or two weeks if stored in the fridge. They are even more delicious if warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds!

Can I track my bakes once posted?

You will receive a tracking number and link from Royal Mail by email to allow you to track your parcel. Delivery updates will be sent by email from Royal Mail and you will be given a three-hour delivery window. You will also be able to select alternative delivery options if the recipient will not be home – our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so please ensure this is completed as we cannot accept liability for failed deliveries.

Can I cancel or return/exchange my order?

As we hand bake all goods we are unable to accept cancellations within three working days of the due delivery date. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) as the kitchen is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item or goods are damaged.

If you have received the wrong item or damaged goods, please send us photos and we will be happy to resolve the issue. We may ask you to return the item to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to review.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for an item that has been returned or not delivered due to the wrong address being provided.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Unfortunately, as we produce our bakes in a small kitchen, we are unable to offer gluten-free options as we would not be able to guarantee the items were free from traces of gluten.

What allergens are present?

Our brownies contain MILK, EGGS, WHEAT and SOYA. They may also contain nuts, peanuts and cereals containing gluten.

All our baked goods are made in a kitchen where all 14 major allergens are present. We therefore cannot guarantee that our bakes are free from traces of any of these allergens.
