Returns Policy

At The Sealed Bakery, we take great pride in crafting and delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

 

1. Returns and Exchanges 

Due to health and safety regulations, and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy. 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. In order that we can resolve the issue efficiently, please include the following in your message: 

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging 

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. All refunds are subject to review. 

 

3. Order Cancellations 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations within three working days of the due delivery date as we may have already begun preparing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) as the kitchen is closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

If an item has been purchased by mistake you may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the goods have not already been baked. Please email us as soon as possible at info@thesealedbakery.co.uk with your order number. 

 

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions 

We clearly list ingredients and common allergens on our product pages. All our products contain MILK, EGGS, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (WHEAT), and SOYA. Products may also contain nuts and peanuts. However, all products are made in a kitchen that handles all 14 known allergens and we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns. 

 

5. Delivery Issues 

We are not responsible for: 

  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer 

  • Unattended deliveries that spoil due to no one being available to receive them 

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers beyond our control 

However, if you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
